LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Fragrancelane is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your order.
If the error is on our end, we will replace your original order at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply once your order has shipped. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may be charged by your local authorities upon arrival.
